Lava Rock Transformed: Mind-blowing Woodturning With Clear Resin Art

In this mesmerizing process, I carefully secured the lava rock on a vibrant bed of three resin colors, pre-cured to ensure impeccable color separation. Atop olive ash wood, I captured the fiery hues of lava from the volcanic eruption, encasing it in a deep casting epoxy resin art technique. To achieve a flawless finish, the rock underwent a meticulous journey through a vacuum chamber, eliminating trapped air, followed by a curing process in a pressure pot.
